I bought this pan to try it out because I believe that current non-stick technology is more convenient, but also wasteful and potentially dangerous. In the long run, it is much more expensive than your product. I’m still in the learning curve, but I love the fact that I don’t need to buy another one! I’ve already purchased one of your 1.5 quart mini sauté titanium series since I’ve written this review. I encourage everyone to buy cookware from Heritage Steel, and thank you for doing what is right in the face of competition. I vote for Heritage Steel with my pocketbook, and I encourage you to do the same if you want to have quality products into the future.

I admittedly fell into the Caraway pan trap 2 years ago but my eyes have since been open. High quality, 5-ply, American made stainless steel is the best non-toxic and environmentally sustainable option because you won't have to replace it every couple years. Heritage Steel is a small business that employs American workers and produces incredibly high quality pans. I'll buy from Heritage Steel any day over Made In or All Clad because I believe in what they're doing and they make my kitchen life a whole lot better!
