Just got mine and already am in love. This is the absolute best pan for tossing pasta in sauce, making risotto, and etc. Solid, heavy bottom, really nice handle, beautiful brushed finish; honestly leagues above any of my All Clad cookware. 3Qt is the perfect size also for my wife and I. For a larger family or cooking for guests, I would probably get the 5Qt. This is my first pan from this company, but it won't be my last.
