I admit that I was skeptical. It’s expensive, but it was advertised as just the pot I needed. I can tell you that this 12 quart stockpot has become my new favorite gumbo pot. The 5-ply titanium alloy is pressed perfectly. The heat retention and distribution at a simmer is really unbelievable. Once I found the perfect heat setting, I was able to simmer gallons with no sticking or burning even when I forgot about it sometimes. The superb heat control allows me to make a roux much easier, with less hassle. Thanks for a great product as advertised!

I Love these pans. I've watched cooking shows and now I know why their foods come out better. It's all in the pan. Other manufacturers scare you away with seasoning the pan. These pans came with directions, following the directions is all you need to do. Let the pans do the work. They use less heat under each pan, cook beautifully and clean up with little effort. PLUS they are healthier!

I've only used the pans a few times, but I've been impressed so far. I made a roasted pepper parmesan sauce, had an ADHD moment, and burned the heck out of it. After soaking for a few minutes the pan came away like brand new, so it's space cadet approved. Also, the weight of the pans is nice, they feel sturdy, but they're not so heavy as to make tossing and flipping things cumbersome.
